Covid 19 Update
Please be aware that the taxi provided will have been thoroughly sanitised.

We require our passengers to wear a face covering. If you don't have one then a packaged face covering will be provided.

Card payment is a preferred method of payment in the car, or by bank transfer beforehand.


  • Are your vehicles and drivers licensed?

    Our drivers and vehicles are licensed by the local city council. All drivers are DBS Checked and NVQ qualified in passenger safety, customer service and satisfaction.
  • How often are your cars maintained?

    Our cars are tested by the local council every 6 months. They are serviced and checked every 10,000 miles by an independent mechanic.
  • Do your prices include vat and parking charges?

    There is no vat charges as we aren't vat registered. Parking charges are included unless there is an unexpected delay.
  • Are drop off charges included in the price? (Liverpool and Leeds Bradford airport has a charge for dropping passengers off at departures)

    Yes drop off charges are included in the price quoted/charged.
  • How will we find our driver on arrival back in the Uk?

    Our driver will be waiting as you walk out into the arrivals lounge. He/she will be holding a sign board with your name on it.
  • What happens if our flight is delayed?

    We will be monitoring the live flight update service constantly for the relevant airport. We aim to be at the airport at the landing time. We may also text you to confirm we are waiting, also if there has been any delays getting to the airport, so please remember to switch your mobile on or switch flight mode off as you step off the plane.
  • What payment methods do you offer?

    Payment by bank transfer no less than 2 days in advance or payment in cash. In the case of a return booking the full cash payment is due on the outgoing trip. Receipts are always provided.
  • What happens if due to unforeseen events you cannot make it to the airport to pick me/us up?

    We will organise a replacement car at our cost. We guarantee to get you home.
  • Can you supply child booster seats?

    Yes we can supply a basic child booster seat. Or we will do our best to accommodate your seat and can store your seat for the return journey.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You can cancel at any time up to 24 hours before the day of departure. In the case of the return journey no refund can be given if our driver has set off to the airport to pick you up. A further charge of 50% will be made to make a second journey to the airport.
  • Do you have an Eight Seater Minibus Taxi?

    Yes we do. We are partnered with MPH Travel Morecambe who operates with an eight seater minibus for airport transfer service. Click here to visit MPH Travel website
